I can't even put into words how amazing my stay at this hotel was. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure that I had the best experience possible. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the breathtaking Hoam Kiem lake and the best restaurants around. The buffet breakfast was absolutely mind-blowing, with a wide array of delicious Vietnamese and continental dishes that left me wanting for nothing. The hotel even arranged an unforgettable Perfume Pagoda tour for us at a very reasonable price. I will definitely be staying here every time I come back to this wonderful city.

Hotel was clean, with internet in each room (we didn't have a laptop in our standard room and they brought it for us:) stuff is very friendly and helpful. You could see they are making an effort for you to enjoy your stay. We liked the local breakfast: beef noodles soup.

We booked a trip to Sapa mountain at the hotel. On the way back our train was arriving back to Hanoi at 5 A.M. and we asked to reserve a room for us from the night before so that we could check-in immediately & not wait until 12. They promissed to do it even fo free because we booked 2 trips with them (Sapa and Halong bay), But they didn't do it:(

I like this hotel very much. Each time I visit Hanoi, I stay in this hotel. Staffs are very frindly, and nice.

Breakfast was delicious, but I had to use my detective skills to find the restaurant. The hotel had a 24-hour front desk, perfect for any late-night crimes I may have needed to solve. The tour desk was also impressive, I almost felt like a secret agent.

I had to play a real-life version of "Where's Waldo" to locate the restaurant for breakfast.

This hotel is great value for money! It's located in a quiet street, in a small tree-lined side street which gives you a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. We stayed in a room on the top floor with a beautiful view to the lake in the old quarter of Hanoi. The basic amenities and twin beds were perfect for our needs. The breakfast served at the hotel's restaurant was delicious. We loved the attention to detail and the staff were always friendly and helpful.

If you want a great location in a small, basic hotel with a wonderful, helpful staff, a plentiful breakfast and very good service you would be hard-pressed to find a better place.

Location was great, close to everything and a lively atmosphere. The customer service was friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable and clean.

The bathroom was not properly cleaned and had a musty odor. , the noise outside was very loud and made it difficult to sleep at night.

I loved staying at this hotel and felt very welcomed by the helpful staff. The breakfast was excellent, with both local and western options. The hotel was very clean and had all the facilities I needed. The location was perfect for me as it was close to many restaurants on a quiet street close to the lake.

Wonderful place.staff us so helpful and frendly. assisted us with fabulos halong bay trip and helped us keep our luggages while we were on the trip. On the return stay, we were upgraged to deluxe room with much better view of the lake ( 603 ). we would stay again if we visit hanoi.

We have traveled around the world and stayed at many hotels, this hotel provides the best service of them all. Not luxurious, but genuinely thoughtful, helpful, and warm. The staff took care of us very well especially Ms Sunny the hotel manager, she helped us with all travel arrangements for halong, sapa and flights down south. The morning breakfast they gave delicious home-cooked Vietnamese breakfasts and western also are available too. We definitely come back to stay at this hotel again.

Always choose this place. No regrets. Staff helped me return my forgotten headphones. Suits me perfectly. Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, flat-screen TV, elevator. Coming back for Christmas.
